INSURANCE NOTICE (JUNE 2025)

New York State mandates that an insurance form pertaining to consent, medical release, and release from liability must be filled out by every camper in order for them to participate in the Blue Bulls Wrestling Club's summer camp. This form, once completed, can either be emailed to Andrew Dunn at bluebullswc@gmail.com or given to our coaches in-person on the first day of attendance. It's also mandatory that campers must carry a copy of the front and back of their insurance cards in their bags at all times.

To find this insurance form, go to your preferred camp page on the camp list and click the button located above "Register" that says "Insurance Form". Campers that fail to complete the insurance form will not be allowed to participate.
