MANDATORY!!! Please email the completed form or print it out and hand in a physical copy. Your campers must also bring a copy of the front/back of their insurance cards. This must be done before your child/children can participate in the summer camp.

Technique: Develop foundational wrestling skills and strategies in neutral, top, and bottom positions.

Drilling: Enhance technique with functional, age-appropriate drilling exercises.

Athleticism: Improve overall agility, coordination, and flexibility through dynamic movements like tumbling.

Live Wrestling: Gain experience and confidence through controlled live wrestling sessions.

Lifestyle: Learn the importance of discipline, goal-setting, and the mindset of successful athletes.
Lunch/Break Time
We also ask that parents remember to provide lunch or some food delivery service for lunch during the camp. We will provide water for the campers. During the lunch break we will have counselors at the wrestling facilities. If the kids decide to go find food on campus or the surrounding area, they do that at their own risk. we do not want that liability.
Daily SCHEDULE
9:00AM - Camper drop-off at Alumni Arena/check in time

9:45AM - Daily camp kick-off, message from coaches and staff
10:00AM - Session 1
12:00PM - Break (Campers eat packed lunch, rehydrate, change)
1:00PM - Session 2
3:00PM - Break (Snack, rehydrate, change)
4:00PM - Session 3
6:00PM - Camp concludes, Campers are picked up from Alumni Arena
